We are looking for a bubbly and outgoing Receptionist!

As a Receptionist at Azzurra, you will be welcoming our guests for lunch and dinner, and ensure their experience with us is memorable!

A little bit about the Receptionist profile:

• Hospitable, polite and outwardly friendly with all our guests.
• Attentive to and anticipates all guests’ needs. Is thoroughly involved in double-checking the guests’ experience throughout their visit.
• Has an excellent communication skill with fellow staff members, management and guests.
• Displays a strong “team player” approach and has patience with fellow staff members.
• Is confident, outgoing and promotes a positive attitude.
• Has a good knowledge of all food, beverage and merchandise items, their descriptions and prices.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to the guest
• Answer all telephone calls and enquiries.
• Take table requests and effectively control the flow of guest in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover
