Junior Sous Chef - London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join our highly successful team here at Firmdale Hotels. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in kitchen operations and have experience working in a high pressurised and busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and will work well within a dynamic and fast paced operation, assisting with the order of service for breakfast lunch or dinner.

What you Need:

  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about food
  • To be able to supervise a small team
  • Monitor stock and ordering within your section
  • Organisational and Communication Skills
  • Ability to work within a team
