We are recruiting full-time and part-time Membership Advisors/Fitness Coaches to play an integral part in our club’s growth and development. The role of a Membership Advisor is primarily to assist the Club Managers in achieving sales and retention targets. In your dual role as a Fitness Coach, you will deliver group exercise classes and provide personal training services to our members.

With a positive can-do attitude and exemplary people skills, you will be a welcome addition to our team. Your personality and input will be a vital part of the club's atmosphere and our members' experience. Your daily focus will be to drive member engagement. Working in a vibrant gym environment and the local community, you will be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings and on the telephone. Ideally, you will also be full of marketing ideas on how to reach prospective new members and personal training clients in the local area.

The role:

• Generate fresh leads and convert them into membership sales
• Retain current members
• Support in-reach and out-reach activities
• Conduct member inductions and fitness consultations
• Provide coaching and personal training services to members
• Teach group exercise classes
• Open and close the gym
• Complete operational walk arounds
• Keep gym floor tidy throughout the day

• REPs Level 2
• Strong sales skills

Job Type:

• Full-time or Part-time

Pay:

£11.50-£12.50/hour plus sales bonus and commission based on personal training sessions delivered

Licence/Certification:

• Level 2 Gym Instructor (required)
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification a bonus
