Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Laboratory Spa & Health Clubs located in Greater London. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the health club, ensuring the smooth running of all facilities, managing staff, coordinating customer service, and resolving any issues that arise. They will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, monitoring and enforcing club policies and procedures, and assisting with member inquiries and concerns.

You will need :

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle difficult situations
• Knowledge of health club operations and fitness equipment
• Experience in staff management and team building
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• First aid and CPR certification
• Previous experience in the fitness or hospitality industry is beneficial
• Relevant qualifications in sports management, fitness, or related field is desirable
