• Hours: Full time (35-45hours per week) & Part Time (16-24hours per week)

Paradox Museum is coming to London! The fastest growing brand in the edutainment industry will throw open the doors to its flagship venue in Knightsbridge during Summer 2024 and we are building a team of outgoing, energetic, fun-loving people whose main objective is to bring joy and entertainment to our guests.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Guest Experience Managers (GXMs), our team of Guest Experience Guides (GXAs) will elevate every guest’s experience by helping them to interact with over 60 Paradox exhibits, take unbelievable photos and learn about the paradoxical world. From welcoming guests at the door, selling and validating tickets at our reception, selling our fantastic array of products in our gift shop and interacting and informing our guests within the exhibition space, our team will be there to ensure every guest has the best time possible.

We are looking for candidates who can display the following experience and attributes:

• Experience working with EPOS systems and cash handling.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing position.
• Enjoys engaging with people of all ages and all backgrounds.
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken English (additional languages advantageous)
• Enjoy an active and busy work environment within a small, supportive team.

We are looking for full time (35-40 hours) and part time (16-24 hours) staff who are available to work predominantly during business hours with regular weekend and occasional evening work.
