About the Role

This opportunity isn't just another job—it's a thrilling adventure waiting to unfold! You'll kickstart with 40 hours a week, guiding new members through invigorating inductions and reviews, while also leading adrenaline-pumping gym-based classes that will showcase your skill set.

Our requirements include: 

 ● Minimum Level 2 certification recognised by REPs or CIMSPA 

 ● Desirable: Certified Personal Trainer – Level 3 qualification recognized by REPs or CIMSPA 

 ● Demonstrated genuine passion for fitness. 

 ● Commitment to delivering exceptional service and surpassing expectations. 

 ● Strong engagement, effective communication, and active listening abilities. 

 ● Excellent organisational skills for efficient diary management and record-keeping. 

 ● Thrives as a team player, willing to share knowledge and best practices.
