Estelle Manor’s Personal Trainers work alongside a high performing team of fitness professionals and will teach members in 1-1 or group sessions how to improve their fitness, physicality, and overall health whilst in a safe environment.

We are looking for full and part time personal trainers who will thrive on providing an exceptional guest experience and, most importantly, a warm and welcoming presence within the Club House gym for all our members and guests.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a personal training and fitness role.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic.
