We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join our Oswald's team.

The responsibilities of the Pastry Chef De Partie are:

• To supervise, assist and co-ordinates all preparation/presentation
• To assist in overseeing the pastry kitchen through both lunch and dinner

The Experience & Qualifications required as Pastry Chef De Partie are:

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous

Working hours:

The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
