Fitness Manager - Independent Gym - Croydon

MyPT are Croydon's leading Personal Training facility, specialising in World Class coaching and lifestyle management that changes lives.

We're looking to grow our incredible team and add even greater value to our amazing members, by taking on a new full-time Fitness Manager and Senior Coach across our two Croydon facilities.

Requirements:

We're on the hunt for a passionate, motivated Fitness Manager to help drive our business to the next level.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Directors, Head Coaches and existing Coaching team, to create a truly exeptional client experience - both on and off the gym floor. The role will also see you coach clients on in a Group and/or 1:1 basis and oversee the development of gym members, via our gym workshop timetable.

You will also be responsible for driving positive change within our local community, via Business to Business and Corporate Wellbeing initiatives - areas which we're extremely passionate about.

You can be as green and new to the industry as they come. Our goal would be to educate and mould you as one of the future leaders of our business, just as some of our existing team of coaches have done in the past.

Experienced Personal Trainers and Coaches are also welcome, of course. We look to recruit based on a coachable attitude and a passion and commitment to working as a team.

We also offer the opportunity to sit your Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, if you're someone who has the raw skills, but has yet to achieve your qualification.

Realistic earning potential can be as high as £50k per annum, once fully established and hitting individual KPIs.

Salary: £25,000 - £38,000 DOE OTE: £30,000 - £46,000 depending on performance and client base growth.
