• Full time – 35 hours a week, 5 days over 7. Shifts range between 6.30am – 7pm

What you'll be doing

• Taking orders & serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
• Bar duties, preparing & serving drinks to customers, Stock rotation, possible stock checks when required.
• Take payment for food services and keep financial records as required.
• Cash handling, cashing up of till required.
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise.
• Clean crockery and cutlery using equipment when required.
• Clean and tidy counter, preparation & cleaning of public areas.
• General cleaning duties including dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, preparing, and cleaning tables as appropriate.
• Ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient working condition.
• Any additional tasks detailed by the Supervisor/ Mess Manager.

Experience

• A DBS check will be required to complete the application process
• Experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
