Pub Supervisor - Braemar

Your Role

As Pub Supervisor at The Fife Arms Hotel, you will support the Pub Manager and the Assistant Pub Manager in the operational management of The Flying Stag Pub, and in particular the running of service, achieving maximum sales and guest satisfaction. You'll be supportive as well as hands on, greeting our guests with a smile, presenting menus, and making suggestions based on guest preferences - creating an exceptional experience which leaves a magical impression for our guests.

Our successful Pub Supervisor will have:

• Proven experience from within a similar hospitality environment.
• The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
• A thorough understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH.
• A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
