The Role

As 'Housekeeping Supervisor' you'll be behind the scenes, delivering on our mission!

You'll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

You'll have high standards when it comes to Housekeeping and be meticulous about the health and safety of both staff and guests alike.

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Head Housekeeper to ensure the standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms and public areas throughout the hotel.

You'll be a passionate leader with the ability to motivate and support the team and keep the department running smoothly.

• Supervising, coaching and training the team
• Checking Guest Rooms have been cleaned to the required standards
• Customer service
• Working as part of a great team
• Allocation of duties
• Stock control
• Working closely with all hotel departments
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
