 We are seeking a Night Manager to oversee the operations and guest services during the overnight shift at our hotel.

The Night Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation and co -ordination of the Night Operation.

 

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Supervisor in a hotel is essential
• Manage and supervise all activities during the overnight shift
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
• Being the main point of contact for all in-house and external guest queries and requests
• You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations
• Liaising with all departments and ensure swift and efficient communication across the hotel, and assisting them when necessary
• Ensure all legal, health and safety standards are adhered to
• Duty Management shifts as required
