Purpose of the Job

As a Spa Host, you will be meeting and greeting our spa guests, taking bookings via phone, email and upselling treatments and products to the guests. You’ll be working alongside the Food & Beverage servers by providing refreshments to day spa, hotel and member guests poolside and within the Spa.

  • Possess excellent customer service skills, and take pride in the relationships built with guests to ensure a positive experience in the spa
  • Support the Spa Therapists with the daily set up of treatment rooms and clear down, ensuring all the rooms are set up with the right equipment
  • Maintaining an adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers and ensuring they are available in the Three Graces and Elite Wellness changing rooms, pools side and the used towel drops are regularly emptied and used laundry taken to the in-house laundry
  • Ensure that guest needs are met and that they are looked after from the minute they arrive to their departure
  • Daily assisting the Three Graces reception team with guest meet and greet, spa orientation, day spa check in and out, taking payment for retail and refreshments taken, alongside internal customer enquiries on treatment availability and bookings

 

About You

  • Previous experience working is a customer service role is preferred
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • A passion for delivering a five star spa service, to a high standard with all guests
  • Possess a drive to learn new and innovative ways of working within a Five Star Spa for the benefits of the team’s health and fulfilling the customers bespoke Wellness aims.
  • Flexible regarding availability and working hours
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about the spa industry and immaculately presented
