In this hands-on, operational role, you will collaborate closely with our concierge desk to ensure the seamless flow of daily operations. From assisting guests with their luggage to fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each visitor.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Collaborate closely with the concierge desk to fulfil guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Mantain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in luggage storage areas and public spaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, demonstrating confidence and engaging interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold the hotel's commitment to excellence by adhering to brand standards and procedures.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as needed to support the front office team and ensure the overall success of daily operations.

  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
