Fairmont Windsor Park are looking for an Assistant Front of House Manager to delight our guest with amazing service all day every day. The Assistant Front of House Manager is a key role within the hotel operation. As the Assistant Front of House Manager at Fairmont Windsor Park, you are responsible for the efficient management of the front desk and guest journey, including all related services within the rooms department to ensure profitability through proper planning, organizing, directing, implementing and control. You need to ensure ongoing liaising and coordinating with all departments of the hotel to ensure total guest satisfaction throughout said journey.
