What you'll be doing

• Managing and supervising your team to ensure the highest standards are being met consistently
• Hands on supervision of a core team of 5 cleaners at Regents Park Barracks. Ensuring standards are upheld.
• Training and support of H&S for whole site
• Spot checking cleaners at 3 ARC locations once a month
• Site sits on 13 Acres and has multiple buildings from rooms, offices, toilets and showers to Gymnasiums and squash courts and a museum.
• To manage PPE and cleaning materials for the team
• To conduct team meetings
• Assist with preparation for payroll and arrange cover during sickness and holidays
• General cleaning on site and around the building
• Cleaning of all office areas/kitchens/desks/chairs etc
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned to the highest specification.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
• Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary
• Be familiar with health and safety practices
• Rubbish disposal
• Efficiently report any deficiencies or issues with equipment
• Check equipment is safe and working

Experience

• Must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years in the UK
• SC clearance required which is enhanced vetting.
• Good spoken English
• Training skills and good organisational skills
• Previous experience essential
