Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Glamping Team Leader to join the team!

You will be passionate about supervising and delivering the highest guest experience to our Adventurers as well as maximising additional revenue at any potential opportunity. Working as part of a team, you will ensure the operation runs efficiently with minimal impact on the Adventurers stay.

Day to day this role will include:

• Acting as Duty Manager for the site, Front of House check-in and check-out of the Glamping tents
• Keeping the cleanliness and presentation of the site to a high standard
• Being the escalation point for any feedback from Adventurers
• Managing the operational team on a shift basis

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests!

Due to the nature of the role, you must be aged 18 and over.

Pay Range

GBP £11.81/Hr.
