About the role:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in the team at The Chelsea Townhouse, you are the reason  our Guests keep coming back for more. The Food & Beverage Supervisor works as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from breakfast right through to supper ensuring that every guest wants to return. 

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be a natural communicator able to work within the pressure of running a busy restaurant service at The Chelsea Townhouse

You will be a teamworker, and strive for quality and perfection in every guest you meet. You will be confident in running the overall service of the restaurant, and be an individual who enjoys sharing  knowledge, pride and passion about the hospitality Industry.

  1. To assist the Food & Beverage House Manager and their Assistants in keeping the morale of the Team up through social and educational events.
  2. To take pride and be passionate in assisting the Food & Beverage House Manager and their Assistant in the preparation and presentation of training programmes, briefings and SOP’s.
  3. To assist with the Restaurant administration as allocated at twice monthly Management meetings.
  4. To show confidence and welcome, sit and take food orders from guests in the Lounges or Restaurant.
  5. To take ownership and ensure that the billing procedure is thorough, correct and signed at completion of each meal.
