We're looking for new dealer trainees to join our in-house training school to become skilled croupiers capable of delivering memorable experiences for our customers by having outstanding technical table gaming skills and equally brilliant customer service skills.

A strong interest in a career in gaming is a must and you will have some of the personal attributes that we think make great Dealers; you'll be dealing with all types of different people so the ability to connect and engage with people through great communication skills is key. You'll need to be a good multi-tasker, with the ability to concentrate for periods of time and have good logical abilities.

After successful completion of training school (6 - 8 weeks), obtaining a PFL licence (inclusive of DBS check) you willbe eligible for the Dealer 1 salary, night shift allowance, tips, £300 per month key allowance and company benefits.
