What you'll be doing
- You will be managing a team of Chefs / FSA’s and GSA’s across 3 kitchen sites.
- Placing orders and managing stock waste
- Preparing menus for functions and events
- Using Aramark systems (OPX, Aratrade, Myworklife etc)
- Overseeing production throughout
- Ensuring due diligence is completed
- Completing your daily checks and paperwork efficiently
- You will be following a menu cycle and preparing dishes to spec
- You will support the culinary team in the delivery of great food
- Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Ensure all staff training is up to date and daily duties are delegated.
Experience
- A DBS check will be required to complete your application
- Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Be a confident team leader
- Experience in our systems is desirable however training will be given to the successful candidate
