On any given day, you could be helping to induct a new member of staff or looking at ways to review and improve a process. You could be mentoring a team member to develop a new skill or leading a task/finish group to transform service. You could be managing the soft facilities for the office or ensuring that essential compliance tasks are up-to-date. You'll connect and form positive relationships with other Regional Business Services Leads and be an active member of the National Business Services community.
