We're looking or a Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join our Marketing team. They will support the delivery of revenue targets, through the planning and delivery of digital marketing activities and web improvement projects, continually reporting, analysing and optimising channel performance.

Key Role Responsibilities:  

  • Continually identify and deliver data-backed optimisations to improve online customer journeys and experience, to increase conversions both in the UK and international markets, in close collaboration with the Web & Digital Analyst, IT team, and web agency.
  • Own and optimise the conversion funnel, continually testing, analysing and reporting on performance.
  • Website and mobile development backlog prioritisation and management of schedule of works, testing and release schedule, working in partnership with our web agency and IT team.
  • UAT to support releases, in close collaboration with our web agency and IT team.
  • Develop quarterly digital marketing plans, based on leasing requirements, in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maximise all new and existing online revenue generation opportunities through viable multi-channel digital activity within budget, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Support the development of, and own the delivery of, the digital marketing strategy for all paid search, paid social, SEO, email and SMS marketing, in domestic and international markets.
  • Gather robust marketing intelligence through the evaluation of analytics, market intel and competitor data, to inform marketing activity and campaign design.
  • Manage external suppliers to ensure the delivery of a quality and cost-effective service.
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing best practice, putting it to action across all channels, adopting a test-learn-rollout approach.
  • Provide reporting and actionable insight on all digital activity and website performance, demonstrating ROI.
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, analysis and recommendations as required.
  • Comply with data handling policies.
  • Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role manages the digital team members, and the relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Record and monitor marketing spend
  • Support the annual budgeting, mid-year rephasing, quarterly and monthly budget allocation processes 

Skills and experience: 

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce principles, theory and best practice.
  • Hands-on experience of the digital marketing mix, and experience managing web development projects to optimise customer journeys and experience.
  • Web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience of digital marketing and web tools and platforms
  • Good proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience of leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Strong influencer of peers and colleagues; persuasive communicator building consensus and buy-in at a senior level
  • Experience managing third party partners and suppliers
  • Strong commercial acumen; excellent grasp of data-driven marketing and demonstrating ROI

We work a hybrid working model with 3 days in our office in London Bridge
