Person Specification and Essential Qualities: Proven people management skills and ability to deliver results in a similar role Proven relevant management experience of Customer/Client services delivery Results Orientation and a track record of improvement Corporate Restaurant, A la carte restaurant, five-star hotel or similar background Events experience desirable and an understanding needed Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders IT and computer literate Basic understanding of Finance, GP, P&L Proven experience in Stock management, stock rotation and waste management Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment Understanding of meeting room booking software systems
Manage staff in line with company policies and procedures Act as deputy of the Brasserie management Support team recruitment of the right person for the job Demonstrate the ability to provide clear direction to individuals and teams, supporting and motivating the team to drive results Understand and support the completion of all compulsory training with all team members reporting to the role Set and enforce company standards relating to people policies and procedures - ensuring compliance to legislation and all people matters are managed fairly Manage all team member consistently and fairly including temporary or Agency staff. Lead by example and coach the team to deliver consistent service standards.
