What you'll be doing

• Oversee the management of operations
• Managing your team, making sure the best service is available to our customers everyday.
• To oversee a smooth day to day running of both the catering and retail area
• Organizing day to day hospitality functions and dinners
• Motivating and leading your team, leading by example
• Controlling budgets and building relationships with suppliers
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed daily
• Managing rosters, ensuring all time sheets are processed correctly and on time
• Handle complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Efficient management of functions, hospitality, and events

Experience

• Previous management/supervisory experience essential
• Knowledge of health and safety / food safety
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft and bespoke packages
• Experience in organizing and running large functions/formal dinners
• Great people management skills
• Security clearance required
