We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist who can bring energy, creativity and imagination to our learning solutions and bring them to life across our site teams.

You'll be involved in the development and launch of new training & learning solutions for our site teams to ensure we are focusing on being experience obsessed for our students and we upskill our teams. You will also play a key role in curating exciting career adventures for our site teams and providing trianing opportunities to support them along the way.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Identify skills and knowledge gaps, design and deliver training and development interventions in accordance with the business and L&D Plan
• Specific focus on Site team training such as Customer Service, system, and technical role training using a blended approach of online and face to face training.
• Manage and deliver new and existing training and learning solutions at all levels
• Collaborate with subject matter experts from across iQ to ensure the delivery of high-quality training
• Carry out evaluation and analysis of all development, training programmes, and current skills within site teams to make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Work with our LMS to make the best of our Virtual Learning Environment
• Develop programme content, review and update all training materials
• A through understanding of different learning styles and ensuring our solutions are fit for purpose
• An ability to assess L&D Management Information, produce reports and review ROI

Experience & Skills:

• Experience in leading L&D work streams as part of larger programme rollout
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to scope learning requirements, considering operational demands and learning needs and produce workable solutions
• Confident with Digital and online training, with knowledge of social/blended learning theory
• A confident facilitator

We work a hybrid working model with 2/3 days in our office in London Bridge
