About the role

As the full-time Fitness Manager at our luxury [development] in the heart of London, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and administering engaging fitness programmes that maximise the use of facilities 
• Coaching, inspiring, and developing the fitness team to deliver a 5-star experience every day
• Overseeing the fitness team rota and ensuring all daily safety checks are completed 
• Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with residents and their guests
• Managing our fitness offering, including group exercise, personal training, and gym challenges
• Ensuring the spa is always immaculate and safe so residents feel like the first person to use it
• Educating residents and guests on what's available, including welcome tours/fitness inductions
• Continually driving team performance to set new standards  for luxury wellbeing excellence
• Managing the procurement of amenities using our procurement system and HR processes

About you

• Working as a Fitness Manager within a luxury setting
