WHAT YOU’LL DO … 
You will have confidence to look after our guests to a high standard, providing a 4* service at all times. 
A good all-round knowledge of food and wine, good communication skills and a passion for the industry are a must. 
You will assist in the training of colleagues ensuring The Celtic Collection standard is met at all times. 
This role is varied, with no two days the same. You will work across The Rib Smokehouse and Grill, Room Service, Conferencing, Sports Teams, weddings and events. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within The Celtic Collection
