- Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

What you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- Prepare and measure/weigh ingredients
- Use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables and other foods
- Presents and garnishes foods and portions according to guidelines
- Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers
Experience
- Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
- E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
- Be a confident chef and leader
