• £18.00 per hour
• Full time – 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of food following recipe cards
• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
• Prepare and measure/weigh ingredients
• Use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables and other foods
• Presents and garnishes foods and portions according to guidelines
• Ensure food is correctly stored according to food safety policies and guidelines
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and utensils
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers and co workers

Experience

• Previous management experience and cheffing experience essential
• E learning is available through our online learning system to obtain Food safety level 2/3 certificate and Health and Safety.
