Head Chef
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to work with the Executive Head Chef in overseeing both the main kitchen and pastry operations at Cliveden House, including our 3 Rosette restaurant, The Cliveden Dining Room. This role is integral to our culinary team, involving close collaboration with all kitchen team members to ensure the creation of exceptional dishes and pastries that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation expected at Cliveden House. We are looking for an individual with extensive culinary expertise, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in a luxury hospitality setting.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Possess experience as a Head Chef within a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the main kitchen and pastry operations alongside the Executive Head Chef, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in all culinary offerings
- Embrace a hands-on approach, actively participating in menu development, food preparation, and presentation
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing new recipes and menu items for both the main kitchen and pastry
- Show a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen areas
- Display strong leadership and communication skills, effectively managing, mentoring, and inspiring the culinary team
- Be adaptable and able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibit a passion for culinary arts and a dedication to delivering memorable dining experiences for guests at Cliveden House.
