Are you a Chef who loves mornings?

We are recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to join the team at De Vere Wokefield Estate near Reading. 

Our Breakfast Chef colleagues really are vital members of our kitchen brigades; that’s why in return we will offer you fantastic training opportunities and benefits.

To join our team as a Breakfast Chef you will have current experience as a Breakfast Chef within a hotel, preferably of a 4* standard. You should be able to work in a flexible and motivated manner with excellent organisation and time management skills.

This role involves working between the hours of 4.30am and 1pm. 

As a Breakfast Chef you will;

• Prepare, cook and present dishes breakfast to the highest standards for our guests
• Take responsibility for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section and the breakfast production and service
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
