About you as Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP)

• Previous kitchen experience at Commis/ Demi level
• Egg-celent attention to detail
• A genuine passion for food and flair
• Supportive and eager to learn with the wider team
• Thrives off busy kitchen environment
• Available to typically work breakfast shifts 4 days per week

Key responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) working breakfast

• Thrive off our busy breakfast menu of buffet and a la carte 
• Assist the CDPs during service for timing and progress of all dishes
• Ensure presentation, taste, texture and quantity are maintained to Head Chef's standards
• Have passion and pride for all dishes served in your section
• Take pride in achieving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness on section where required, also to assist in any job regarding hygiene or cleanliness asked for by a senior chef
