This large 402-bedroom hotel boasts 14 conferencing suites, catering for between 4 to 850 delegates, Jenny's Carvery & Crompton's Restaurant.

As our Senior Sous Chef you will:

• Supervise other sous chefs in the kitchen
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food to ensure the highest quality.
• Develop formal training plans and supervise on-the-job training sessions for all food production employees and kitchen related staff.
• Observe the health, hygiene, fire, and other legal and statutory requirements affecting the kitchen.
• Be an experienced Sous Chef used to working in a high volume multi kitchen venue, with a good knowledge of food operations.
