We are currently recruiting a zero hour Catering Assistant to be a part of our integral team here at Coleg Cambria Northop, Holywell road, Mold, CH7 6AA

A day in the life of a Catering Assistant:

The focus of job may vary however, it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

· Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements

· Strong organisational skills to manage time and responsibilities effectively

· Prepare and cook food

· General kitchen duties

· Serve customers & student- operating tills and working on a barista coffee machine

· Be responsible for delivery all food and beverages on time and ensure they are always well presented

· Perform cleaning tasks

· Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers

Experience

• Great customer service and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Experience in hospitality is an advantage but on the job training will be given
• Needs to be outgoing, have great customer care skills and an eye for detail
• A team player who is flexible and works towards high standards
