To accompany this, we want the world's greatest people to work with us and share our tireless endeavour for excellence. We are now in search of an experienced Sommelier to join us.

Your superstar qualities will include:

- Solid experience in busy, high-profile restaurants or establishments.

- Genuine passion for both the hospitality industry and wine industry.

- Outstanding knowledge about wines and trends across the world, WSET certification is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills and be able to confidently recommend wines to our guests.

- Knowledge about food and wine pairings, as well as other beverages (beers, cocktails and spirits).

- Responsibility and good judgement when serving alcohol.

- Qualities of an all-round team player and be able to support your colleagues.

- Experience in stock counts and placing orders.
