Europa Hotel is one of our prime hotels near Gatwick Airport, situated in Crawley. This 246-bedroom hotel offers excellent value and comfort, as well as first class facilities. The hotel has its own courtyard with beautifully landscaped gardens. The Europa also offers 7 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 170 delegates, as well as being a favoured option for wedding events & receptions.

We are now looking to recruit a Full Time Duty Manager

As our new Duty Manager you will:

• Ensure the smooth running of the hotel 
• Assist all departments as and when required
• Offer excellent customer service
• Be confident in managing various situations
• Be an experienced duty manager or a supervisor looking to progress

The position involves working shifts typically between 1500-2300 with mid shifts dependent on the business needs.

The successful candidate will have experience running the Duty Manager Shift in a Hotel holding 100 bedrooms or more. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service and management skills.
