Aramark UK is expanding its team and is looking to hire an experienced Shift Manager to join the team running the restaurants and cafes on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP.

You will be part of a very talented and close-knit team in a role that will allow you to gain brilliant exposure and develop. Come and join us on site at the world-famous Harry Potter Studio Tour.

A day in the life of a Shift Manager:

• Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arrive
• Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events
• Be able to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets
• Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you run a successful shift
• Be confident in decision making, giving feedback and a performance management
• Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
• Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health& Safety

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the same capacity
• High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume.
• Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams
• Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
• Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2
