An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Catering Manager to work with our client, based in Swindon (close to Swindon Station). The role will oversee the running of multiple kitchens and the direct management of a skilled team.

We're looking for an experienced Catering Manager who has great management skills, excellent stakeholder management and someone not afraid to get stuck in!

This is a Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance!

A day in the life of a Catering Manager:

• ·Managing a team of staff to include all recruitment, onboarding, training, development plans, appraisals, performance management, offboarding etc
• ·Management of the multiple kitchens and food production which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & hospitality
• ·Budget and stock management
• ·Internal and external stakeholder management
• ·Compliance with statutory legislation/company policy food safety and health and safety including HACCP and allergen awareness
• ·Menu management

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• ·Experience in a people management role and demonstrated experience managing a team to success
• ·A strong culinary background managing food production
• ·A resilient and hardworking individual
