Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Head Waiter/ Head Waitress to join our team at Gaia Mayfair.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within a high end restaurant environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Eligible to work in the UK
