De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds. Reservations Agent

Would you like to turn guest enquiries into memorable hotel experiences? 

De Vere Beaumont Estate are recruiting for a Reservations Agent to join the team on a full time basis.

As a Reservations Agent you will assist with our guests booking experience. You will respond to enquiries and help to secure guest bookings through providing exceptional service over the telephone and via email. You will input all reservations in to our booking system ensuring everything is recorded accurately and help to upsell additional items for our guests to enjoy during their stay. 

In return the role offers £24,500 per annum plus excellent benefits including free use of the gym facilities, free meals and an annual complimentary 2 night stay with dinner at one of our hotels, to name just a few!

What we look for in a Reservations Agent:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to positively respond to all guest enquiries
• The ability to upsell through an intuitive approach, making recommendations to enhance the guests stay and generate additional revenue, whether it be a spa treatment or dinner reservation
• An eye for detail to ensure every detail is considered and information is accurately recorded on our booking systems
• Experience in a similar role where you have delivered high standards of customer service
• Most of all, you will need a warm, friendly and genuine approach to positively represent De Vere and ensure everyone feels welcome
