We are currently recruiting for a Barista / Supervisor to be a part of our integral team at Colchester Institute, Colchester, CO3 3LL

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Coffee making
• Managing a team front of house
• Placing orders and stock taking
• Marketing
• Assisting the manager with any suitable tasks
• Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned
• Track wastage daily
• Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
• Clean front and back of house areas
• Stocking up and stock rotation
• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
• Undertake relevant training as required

Experience

• Previous barista experience essential
• Supervisor or team leader experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills
• Problem solver and thinks on their feet
• Excellent customer service skills and a great team player!
