ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead our team and ensure the overall success of our venue. If you have a proven track record in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

A few things we require from you:

• Supervise all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and optimising profitability.
  
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing coaching and feedback as needed.

Milestones:

• 3 Year - 200 bonus and holiday increase to 32 days (pro-rata)
• 5 Years - 400 bonus and holiday increase to 33 days (pro-rata)
