As Linen Porter of the Housekeeping team at 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel - the only Relais and Chateaux property in London -, you are the reason our Guests keep coming back for more. Our Linen Porters work as part of a team to impress our Guests, creating unforgettable experiences and exceeding expectations from check in right through check out, to ensure that every guest wants to return.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Receive linen deliveries whilst ensuring the correct stock is delivered, assisting in the monthly stock check
- Ensure all uniforms are correctly sent to cleaning, checking and ammending delivery labels as requested by the company standards
- You will be dilligent in delivering clean and collect dirty linen for all areas of the hotel; assisting the Floor Housekeepers and Room attendannts when required.
- To be in charge of the correct stockage of the linen cupboards, anticipating the needs of the day by being proactive and interactive in Obtaining the room turnover required information
- You will be required to complete any additional day to day duties as requested by the Head Housekeeper
