An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Early Start Deputy Team Leader, to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within InspireAll. This exciting opportunity would give you a chance to develop your leadership skills around supporting and managing a team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Management responsibilities for the Early Start Workers; to ensure that the Early Start Team are delivering services that are good quality and evidenced-based;
• Working alongside Public Health Nursing;
• Liaising and communicating with the Family Support Team;
• Taking a lead in recruiting and inducting a volunteer workforce;
• Organising termly sessions, and support with Health & Safety responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• The experience of leading and motivating a team or has the skills to take up a leadership role in a team that promotes an environment that safeguards and protects children.
• The ability and experience to support delivery of quality services
• experience of actively engaging and supporting parents and carers.

Car Driver and educated in a relevant childcare qualification is essential.
