Flexi Key Holder (multi site)

The Flour Pot Bakery is a retail and wholesale artisan bakery with stores in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

We are seeking an experienced barista to assist as a key holder across our 11 sites (Brighton, Hove and Worthing). The right candidate will have similar experience in a high quality cafe environment, have a good understanding and passion for the high end coffee world, with practical know-how around an espresso machine a must. Creating a fantastic customer experience and workplace environment for your team is crucial to this role, as well as personality, drive and a level head. The role will include travelling between our 11 sites and you will have the responsibility of opening and closing duties when on shift.
