YHA Brighton are looking to recruit a Night Team Member for 15+ hours (17 hours over 2 nights) per week on a permanent basis.

The Role: Providing Exceptional Service

As a Night Team Member, you play a vital role in ensuring every guest's experience at YHA is truly memorable. Your dedication to customer service is at the heart of our mission.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring the security of the hostel, making every guest feel safe and welcome.
• You'll work on reception, providing support to guests and preparing necessary reports.
• Regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Carrying out cleaning duties, helping to prepare the breakfast service, and covering various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
