Park Holidays are looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join our growing seasonal Contact Centre team at our Head Office in Bexhill. Potential for permanent position depending on performance.

Park Holidays is one of the largest providers of Holiday Parks covering both England, Scotland and Wales. With every day being a new and exciting day.

This role features an extra uncapped commission on holiday sales + extras!! this will be explained if chosen for an interview.

The Successful candidate should be able to;

  • Assisting our guests with their holiday booking journey
  • Greet & communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote the company and the Park at all times with a positive approach.
  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer comments, whilst following company/park guidelines.
  • Ensure that you meet the company Customer Service standards and aim to exceed all customer expectations.
  • Attend any relevant training courses as recommended by your Line Manager or the Company.
  • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific needs.
  • Build customers’ interest in the services and products offered.
  • Provide customers service of the highest level.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to collect balances and follow up other general requests made.
  • Liaise with park staff on a day-to-day basis.
  • Make Park Visits to ensure knowledge base is constantly updated.
  • Sense check Marketing Material and give constructive feedback where necessary.
  • Work in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
  • Be competent on the Live Chat system and if necessary, cover the Live Chat role during your shift hours.

  • A genuine passion for speaking to customers, answering queries and be a clear communicator.
  • Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
  • Active listening skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and have a logical and methodical approach to work.
  • A strong team working ability.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Friendly and possess a tactful personality.
  • Good timekeeping.
  • An open minded attitude.
  • Able to handle complaints and difficult situations.

Please note this role includes mandatory weekend shifts.
