The Flour Pot is a family owned independent business with eleven stores across Brighton, Hove and Worthing, specialising in artisan bread, baked goods and speciality coffee.

We are currently recruiting experienced front of house staff to work in our store in Worthing. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced staff who love hospitality, have a keen eye for detail and the highest of standards when it comes to service and personal presentation, are barista level trained and have bags of enthusiasm and passion for the business. There is fantastic opportunity to grow in our company, and many of our most committed staff have progressed to supervisor and management level.
