As the face of the designated area within the SEC, the Event Team Leader plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences to all visitors.
Lead a team of staff members in delivering food and drink services in accordance with event instructionsServing customers and clients, managing sales, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, particularly regarding the sale and service of alcohol for those over 18 years oldIn addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, the Event Team Leader is expected to embody the CARE mantra and uphold key behaviours such as teamwork and collaboration Fostering a positive work environment where staff members are encouraged to excel and shine in their roles.
